Details: Teams Thank you for your effort, enthusiasm and patience on Saturday night to make the race a success. Congratulations to all the teams who showed great spirit and competitive fun. The following teams won prizes.

2nd Place J Bros Construction- 5 $100 gift certificates to Slumberland.
3rd Place Tie Stay Fit Together- 5 $25 Gift card to Biaggi’s
3rd Place Maple Grove Rotary #2- 5 $20 Gift card to 3 Squares.
$75 to Rose Arbor for Most Creative
$50 J.Cousineaus for Best Spirit- they also had an awesome looking wagon.
5 $10 Gift Cards to Good Things located in Arbor Lakes- Bed Race Organizer’s Award to Lifetime Fitness for cooperation, enthusiasm, and making me smile with those funny barbell hats.
The Bed Race Organizing Committee goals for this event was to raise money for a good cause, make our community closer by staging an event that brings people together, raise awareness of local businesses and organizations and have fun. This was our 3rd 40 Winks Rotary bed race, 12 teams participated last year, 28 teams signed up to race this year; 25 made it through the weather on race night. Our goal is to purchase 28 youth beds for CROSS.
3rd Annual Bed Race. 100% of registration fees and pledges benefit the”40 Winks Foundation”.
40 Winks donates beds in the Twin Cities to Bridging, Inc., St. Anne’s Place, World Relief of Minnesota, Union Gospel Missions and Tubman Family Alliance. Racers are judged on time, costume design and bed design. Last year 12 beds were donated!
