We are now accepting applications for 2010 Maple Grove Days Business Expo.   

Always a highlight to Maple Grove Days is the Business Expo, as it showcases businesses from Maple Grove and surrounding communities!  Maple Grove Community Organization is excited to offer one of the best opportunities businesses have to participate in Maple Grove Days; the Business Expo.   The Expo is held in the Maple Grove Community Center on Saturday, July 17, from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm.  

Despite economic trials, celebrations still arrive on their designated dates and life style events take an added significance during stressful times.  People enjoy spending time with family and friends and it's a proven fact, festivals do better in recessionary times.  The upward swing in attendance shows an increase as people look for fun and an escape from everyday routines.  So as you look at putting your marketing dollars to work, consider what a booth at the expo can do for you.  With over 7,000 people in attendance last year you have the perfect opportunity to reach 100 percent of the attending potential customers, the leverage and visiblity your company will recieve, and a show of community support and participation.  

Maple Grove businesses, health care organizations, home businesses, and non-profit groups are invited to rent booth space at the Expo. Use your booth to showcase your products, recruit new members for your organization, hand out coupons or sell your products. With reported highest attendance the last two years, the Expo possibilities are endless! Because Maple Grove Days is a family event, business and health participants are asked to provide a handout or offer an activity for kids.

If you plan on having food sampling, you may need an itinerant food license. Please contact Hennepin County Health Department (952-351-5200) for further information.

In early July, we will send a site map to all Business Expo participants.  You will receive details on loading and unloading times and locations.  We will not call to confirm your participation prior to that time; your canceled check is your receipt.

Maple Grove Days - Food vendors, a car show, a big truck show, children’s activities, and many other attractions will all be a part of Maple Grove Days. These activities and more will be held at the Maple Grove Community Center parking lots.  With crowds over 30,000 attending the festival, the potential for promoting your business is great!  Also look for the juried Art Fair on Main Street. This is a true Maple Grove community celebration!
